Re: Do this before undertaking a long Water Fast.

Chiron....I'm not sure, aside from Fasting, what I want to do. My gut feeling is to just jump into a long fast with no prior preparation.
I looked briefly at the Kam Yuen Method. I didn't hear the 'Amen'. I may resort to the Biblical Method.
One thing is clear....I'm going to put my Faith in Water Fasting.
