WOW, thanks for that wealth of information. I will use it wisely. Last night I had a bad night...couldnt sleep and then I gave myself a suppository and noticed some really freaky stuff....brown flat hard stuff that looked like skin...and of course those stringy things...so I was pretty down. But today I feel lighter and better so maybe I am experiencing some die off! Ok thanks
