I'd quit if you have money and will be able to afford treatment. I was unable to quit because I needed the money and there was no way I was going to able to take disability. I basically looked like an ass at my office for a year because I barely worked. There was nothing I could do about it and no one understood. Eventually I got better, still battling, but rebuilding my reputation is hard. People even thought I was lying because I looked healthy.
