From your symptoms I DEF believe you have parasites, sounds like you def have Tapeworm or roundworm, google Tapeworm and distended abdomen or roundworm... there is tons of results, just Wormwood will not do anything.. you must add fresh ground clove capsules and Black-Walnut fresh green hull capsules, or you can order Humaworm, which i just did last week, because I am dealing with the same problem.. i do use the bathroom for about 3-4 days sometimes too, its crazy!!
