I think HVs attempt to demonize this Science is just a lack of understanding or even attempting to look at it honestly!
The basic concept is not difficult but there is so much misinformation out there ,especially by those who wish to capitalize on it, that it can become confusing and contradictory!
Definitions can confuse ,the term alkalizing is not the defining term ,I perfer the terms balancing ,mineralizing, and oxygenating!
The term alkalizing misleads ,one does not alkalize an already alkaline body, however one does alkalize an acidic one, but only to the extent of acid/base balance !
Acid/base theory is not a difficult concept , the ancient Asian concept of Ying and Yang often parallels the basics of this theory!
I don't think HV is an ignorant man I think he's just tied into his own little paradigm, trapped in his own mental baggage! Tweet
