Re: HELP!!! Worried about doing the cleanse while breastfeeding. NEED ADVICE :)

I have done a lot of cleansing, some of it when I was pregnant and some right after I had her and was breastfeeding. I did the parasite cleanse when she about about 6 months old. I thought I might have noticed something (I now forget what it was) and I would nurse her before I took the herbs at night, so that it would have a good 6 hours to get out of my milk. It worked fine.
I Liver Flush and nurse now, and do the parasite cleanse. But she only nurses about once every other day and is older, don't ask how old ;-).
I did a lot of reading on the herbs, I also worked with several lactation consultants who's opinion was most drugs and herbs are completely safe.
So I basically just jumped in and did it.

I like the suggestion of just doing the flush first. I think that makes more sense. I have read a lot of posts about women who nurse while flushing.
