It also seems to me that if your main goal is weight loss, you could accomplish this very well on just about any liquid diet. You might even lose weight faster if you drink some tea/coffee/juice, because it keeps your metabolism up, whereas with water/dry fasting, although you'll gradually lose weight, your metabolism slows down and you'll end up resting all day. Don't take my word for that, though; I haven't looked for any proof, it's just a guess. Good luck!
