Re: how much weight loss?

5 to 10 pounds water weight and stuff in digestive track seems pretty typical ,then about pound a day on water and half that on juice fast. Water Fast is brutally hard if you have to go to hard physcial job and you might also wind up fainting when walking around or mabye doing even more dangerous stuff. If you have to work hard do juice.
Your energy on water will be pretty bad especially first week or so..Juice not much difference at all.

This was my first long water fast. 31 days water, 3 days juice, 2 days water last 4 days juice. 40 total.

Did try some tricks because of the low energy and was trying to speed up metabolism ,lose weight quicker. Took green tea capsules. Also drank in hindsite way too much water a day 8 to 10 glasses I guzzled down.

I see now that think drink when thirsty or maybe about 4 glasses a day max is likely better idea. I am pretty sure all that water flushed out all the sodium and potassium out of my system causing more problems than should have had with fainting feelings, and cramps. I took potassium supplements for the cramps. That stopped them.I didn't take any salt pills during the fast and likely if didn't drink all that water and tea is diuretic wouldn't have had too. All problems went away as soon as switched to juice as drank some juice with high salt in it and all juice has some salt at least store juices I bought did and some had potassium as well. Low potassium can kill you. Low salt maybe too if you pass out and hit your head on cement.

I think the low salt results in super low blood pressure. I should have been monitoring my blood pressure but as said now on juice feel 1000% better, way more energy, no fainting feelings feel like could do juice fast for an easy 30 ,60 or more days.

Water is great but its hard fasting.
