I've read up a lot on Water Fasting but I still have a few questions.
Ive heard that losing a pound a day is normal during a water fast, but I am wondering how much of that is actual fat?
Basically if a 155lb person attempts a 35 day water fast, will they lose much fat during the fast? Will this drastically change your appearance?
I know that sounds ridiculous! But can anyone share their experiences with long term fasting and fat/inches lost?
