I saw your past post on Magnesium and Vitamin D. You have clearly made the connection and I personally believe that your Magnesium level is low.

Contrary to what the other poster said (no offense to him/her), it IS NOT easy to find Magnesium levels in the body. Accuracy is not very good.

What kind of Magnesium do you use? Citrate? Glycinate? (Hopefully not Oxide). The best kinds being Malate/Glycinate/Taurate/Chloride (Oil form)

You should find the site from George Eby about Magnesium. It is EXTREMELY long, but full of interesting details (including Candida).

Magnesium is one of the most important supplements I feel anyone can take, yet it does have some drawbacks. It seems that Mag Citrate can aggravate Candida, yet this can be reduced if a lesser amount of Calcium is taken with it (sort of sounds like your situation).

Perhaps, since you have such GI issues, you should consider taking Magnesium Chloride (Magnesium Oil) and see how that effects you.

You had hair testing right? Did you have high levels of Lead? (Which can interfere with Magnesium/Calcium), how was your Boron level?

Lastly, I don't want to be rude, but I have tried to offer suggestions and help you out. I have asked what you did to get rid of Blasto H. and would really appreciate knowing. It is not just helpful to me, but many others as well.

One more thing, for the Candida. UNDECENIOC ACID, take a look into it (if you haven't already) it has helped many people with Candida including someone I know. I just picked up a bottle and will start it soon.
