Re: Ok will eat a bit of humble pie ,experts please faint and dizzy and lightheaded when just walking around.

Well sure was getting lots of sodium pre fast and lots of potassium. So if anything did this to me it was drinking the 8 to 10 day and the green tea caps likely also helped remove all salt and drive blood pressure really low which is really low on fast anyway.

So figured was dehyrdation and guess in my case wasnt' as more hydration didn't help those dizzy,,fainting feelings when walking around.
You guys on long Water Fasts are not really saying if you are having problems when walking around not talking just getting up and down fast. The getting up is blood pressure but if it stays low then you get this same problem walking around. My 93 year old father had this as he was on major blood pressure lowering pills for his heart. He would get very dizzy faint and sometimes fell and passed out from low blood pressure.his was not salt shortage but medically induced to reduce strain on his heart. Unfortunately it gave me no quality of life. So they cut down the meds and he has his life back but might die sooner whatever.

So similar problem. If you guys are saying you dont' get
any of these fainting feelins when walking around then would say your salt and or and blood pressure are still high enough.

And the not washing out all the salt by too many glasses of water a day could help let you fast longer before serious blood pressure drop salt depletion .Potassium is another issue and as said I had leg cramps that is classic potassium shortage those were cured with potassium supplmenets. I don't see really as you guys say much to worry about with short Water Fasts like few weeks. But think past 30 or more some of this stuff might become more important to monitor. And as said I am way happier now on juice. I have energy to spare, I feel great,I can walk across the room even get up pretty quick and no sick fainting feelings.
I can do exercise or normal job. Its pretty horrible on water the first few days for energy and weakness. The green tea helped a lot in that area but guess most people on water just sit at home and withdraw. That would of course be best thing to do on water. For those of us in the real world the juice makes more sense.
