Ok so that is pretty low blood pressure.I didn't check mine.I cannot afford to simply sit and home not walk around anywhere for weeks,month.
So it sounds like you did get some lightheadness and dizzyness,feel faint but you managed it but sticking around house and not doing much when on it.

I had enough of the feeling and today went over to diluted juice for today and then normal juice fast for another 8 days or so see how that goes. I notice the juice,100 % from store for now not the best but hate using my current juicer cleaning it is a pain in the butt but anyway notice some has some salt minute amounts and some has some potassium. Actually last night drank some almond breeze stuff and it has also some salt,fat,and think potassium in it.I was so hyper after drinking about total of 8 ounces of that that got like 3 hours sleep last night.
But my energy is up thru the roof and feel 1000% better today and just had couple 8oz glasses of diluted 50/50 juice.I think in hindsite that likley forcing down those 8 to 10 a day and was worried as do have gout could have washed away all salt in my system much faster and if maybe would have stuck to the lower water consumption maybe that would have helped. Since taking in these other drinks I have had no experience today of any dizzyness,lightheadness nor have felt like fainting when walking around. Fact went for pretty far walk thru mall today something was getting afraid to do just day ago.

I also didn't bother to drink 8 to 10 and likely won't.
Now or after fast. I may try shorter water in future and for that would for sure would try to do it your way,no supplements, drink when thirsty.I don't see a problem on shorter fasts sure the body if fine but on 30 plus days then more to worry about going wrong.I was also as said getting cramps in legs sign of potassium depletion and they did go away once took some potassium supplements. But again likely from try to drink 8 to 10 a day likely was just flushing that potassium out quickly. I was also only drinking distilled water for first few days.I hate hate the taste of it. Maybe could have put tiny bit of lemon in it or something ,does all distilled water taste that bad???
I drank filtered tapwater for most of fast.

Again I know the dizzyness and faint feelings are not do to detox stuff they are do to likely low salt but dehyrdation can also cause very similar symptoms.

The wife was of course doing a juice fast and was getting some salt and potassium in that. She had no cramp problems and only got dizzy and fainted when she dropped fluid intake to near zero. She was trying to lose weight as fast as me on water.In her case upping fluid has let her have no further problems for last 10 days or more.

Just throwing out some ideas and observations.

Again not afraid to read and try different things.From this Water Fast have decided that long Water Fast is likely not going to happen for me. A 7 day or maybe 10 one seems more than long enough. But would maybe consider a long one is was lying in bed pretty much 24/7.
