It looks like food that is coming thru undigested. Some of the forms suggest flukes and depending on the size of the forms it looks like some larva emerging from ova, maybe flukes, roundworms.

I think I've seen messages you posted recently but they dont show when I went to your messages page so canT review your symptoms. You may have increased intestinal mobility caused by protozoa (ameoba, giardia, etc.) or bacteria (Salmonella, Shigella, some E. coli, etc.) or gluten sensitivity, allergy, etc.
