I am not sure what the 'lower bowel build' is. On this forum there is a Intestinal Formula 1 & 2 that is most often used for colon/bowel cleansing. These formulas can be taken without dependency.. for as long as needed. I have included some links to posts that explain these formulas and cleansing the bowel/colon.
