I need help getting my bowels to work better.

I know my bowels are a big issue for me. Lately, when they don't move my eyes turn yellowish and red. When they do move, my eyes clear up. I am thinking of buying all the herbs to make the lower bowel build. I've been told that it helps to tone and give you more bowel movements and after time (months)you don't need to take it hardly at all. I'd like a second opinion or a 3rd or more if it works like that or makes you dependent on it. I have the best diet of anyone I know. It's just my bowels don't work properly. Does anyone have any thoughts on here that might help me. Thank you so much. Also, my transverse colon is prolapsed. Any thoughts to correct that, also. please...and thank you
