PS - Dr Appt

The $25 I spent to email my NMD is no biggie. If I'd driven the 25 miles one way to see him, which may have been next week or so, I'd have had to pay the full appt cost [$175] due to my 2011 deductible amount, so this way saved me time and money, since he can't bill insurance for $25 online consults. I just wanted to touch base with him on this, though I could have probably passed on it and taken your advice and done well.

Please don't feel you have to spend time and fetch me a bunch of info about HC, pH, or anything right now. I'll do fine on your program with what I know and I can learn the rest in time. I do appreciate it. I know you're very busy. Thank you.
