Another reply I got :

This person could be looking to make a few $$ on me for all I know. I emailed my NMD about this [for a flat $25 charge] to ask him advice on this. He's familiar with hormones so it may be interesting to hear what he has to say about this. I'm just trying to make sure I make it through this w/o a lot of trouble. I wish I'd never gone on these hormones in the first place.

I was able to get on 160,000 HU cayenne and am up to 1/4 tsp 3x a day, and plan to increase it ASAP. That stuff is acid producing to my body though, as is garlic, ginger, and other things, but most herbs are alkaline forming to me. I've been eating mostly fruit and veggies and am laying off grains, which are acid producing to me. I'm not sure but I'd say legumes are more alkaline to me than grains are.

This is that other reply :

You may want to speak to some one as my self who has help restart people naturally who have been on TRT for years. Giving age is a factor if you are in the early 20's give you a great advanatge. Do not go this alone as herbs can be a hit or miss depending on a person's bioindivudality and other imbalances which need to be identified.
