My experience with mucoid plaque is...

Went on The Master Cleanse for only 9 days,(it was my first time) Immediately started taking PH. I took this stuff twice a day for about a week and a half. I expelled one long rope on like day 2 or 3. The only way i got that suc*** out was from doing a coffee enema. If not for the enema I'm not sure if It would have been expelled. Now I've taken plenty of PH and I've never expelled a 2nd rope of mucoid plaque. I'm a believer in mucoid plaque due to my own experience.

1. I did not take enough PH to create what i saw come out..

2. I took plenty of PH afterwards and never saw another rope again.


Good enough for me! This was almost a year ago. I'm going on the cleanse again in about 2 weeks. 1 more thing... Does whole foods selll organic lemons? Pesticide free? I cant handle pesticides at ALL. And I dont want to order lemons online again. Tweet
