Re: The 'real' scoop on Mucoid Plaque??

I see this thread was from a few years back...but I am wondering about mucoid plaque, too. I did the arise and shine cleanse maybe nine years ago, and lots came out, I felt lighter and smaller than before, sometimes immediately after bowel movements where the stuff came out...I have done the cleanse twice since and each time less of this stuff came out...but each time I consumed more of the products. That would be my only argument with some of what the linked articles above are saying. But at the same time they make lots of sense to me.

I do think there are some pretty extraordinary benefits to the arise and shine cleanse, personally. I could make the usual list. I do not, and never have sold their products. They are expensive.
