Colloidal silver for bacteria in the liver?

Hiya :)

I know very little about CS, but I think I may have a problem with bacteria mostly in my liver probably originating from food poisoning. Should Colloidal Silver be enough to kill it? I'm also looking at SSKI and currently using Humaworm (as I'm not sure if it's bacteria or parasites or what), but am still not sure what is best!
