Oral is basically the same as sublinqual. You should hold in your mouth and swish it around for 6 minutes or more. Hold on your drive to work and spit or swallow at the end of your drive.

Also I don't worry about ionic or Colloidal Silver . The silver puppy device makes a mixture that is more ionic than colloidal. This works fine for me. I see no need to purchase commercial CS. I know make 20ppm ionic silver for basically the cost of the distilled water.

FYI I had seen the video on youtube of the english/aussie/nz? man who said he cured his candida by using rectal cs 3-4x a day in about a week to 10 days.

Decided to experiment and took cs once a day rectally without any issues. After a few days, I decided to try 3-4 times a day. After a day, I had loose stools and the big D. This went on for about 5-6 days. After 7 days bowels went back to normal, and remain normal. I took the CS another 3 days without any issues. I had no other side effects, so I believe I was experiencing some dieoff effects. Plan to do this again and also maybe combine it with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol (MMS 8 hours, CS rectally for the other 16 hours). I want to see how this might affect some arithtis, hip and knee issues. Tweet
