I took DEC and I liked it...other than nausea...*extreme nausea I was fine...it helped. I ran out though. Will reorder to take in a few months.

I have no ill effects from it. It is not for LONG term use though. One month is the longest usage. Then may be repeated later.

I would say those who need it should take it. Those who have not taken it can not say that the ill effects outweigh the good ones.
