I don't recognize this as a typical parasite and like Kellymisty thought of mucus or just a vegetable fragment. The long parts so suggest worms but at some places they are broken, not typical of a parasite. Flukes are flatworms and can fold and become twisted, and do have a reddish color, but usually the bucal cavity ane at least one su*ker can be seen. The largest flukes are Fasciola gigantium, followed by Fasciola hepaticum then Fasciola buski.
