Cougar, you are right, this is a great forum. Thanks for the tips I will try doing more salt pushes than just one.

For b2 I usually take 200 mg and for Niacin 200 mg - I admit the flush kind of scares me so I'm a bit wary of it. I take 3000 mg of Vit C daily.
