my first liver flush, excited! Intro

Hi,
*I am planning on starting a liver gallbladder flush and was wondering if the Gallstones hurt you when they pass?

*I am very excited about doing this, but I don't want to do the parasite clease.
Do I have to do the parasite cleanse if I just want to do the liver/ gallbladder cleanse and then start a water fast?

I just want to get it right, but the parasite thingy has me really freaked out, ewww yuk! :)

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
