Kefir grains

Newbe, where did you get your kefir grains? I once wanted to get some though free kefir grain sharing forum, but the guy who was going to send them to me never did. Not sure if kefir will work for me, becaues every time I drink the store bought kind I get really really bloated and gassy, but I wanted to try home made, maybe that kind might not do that.
I use Primal Defense for my probiotics, not sure of it works, never feel any different on it, but it's supposed to be one of the best out there. Tweet
