Re: infrared sauna and fatty liver
Hi, Uranus!
I hope my answer won't be too disappointing for you, but NO, saunas (including the better variety of infrared sauna) do NOT "melt cholesterol" anywhere in the body!
What they do, though, is they eliminate lots of toxins through the skin, thus easing the burden on your liver and most of all, on your kidneys.
Some 3 years back, I was diagnosed with "fatty, enlarged liver" via ultrasound. My cholesterol level was high, the "bad cholesterol" was VERY high, while the "good cholesterol" was VERY low. All in all, not good news. In Feb 2003 I started with the cleanses, first, bowel cleanse, then
parasite cleanse (it produced nothing visible, but I am SURE it helped), then kidney cleanse. By Oct 2003 I started liver flushing. I had nothing to lose. Although my family doctor is a very nice person, I was quite sure she would not be able to grasp this concept of cleansing, so I went on and did it "my way".
After ridding my liver of thousands of cholesterol globs (which can only be seen in an ultrasound as "FAT", hence "fatty, enlarged liver"), and ending up with a SLIM waist (where I had a huge "pouch" on my right side), I wanted to get some "scientific" verification of my efforts, so I asked for another ultrasound. She praised me for the 35
pounds I had lost, asked me how I did it, so I told her. My fibromyalgia symptoms were GONE!!!!She asked me if anything was troubling me. I said no, I was just curious to know if I still HAD an enlarged liver. She told me I can't have it. So, that's what you get for being honest!
Actually, I have no need to prove anything to anybody. It was sheer intellectual curiosity. I KNOW this worked, and I KNOW what I still need to do to make it perfect.
Three years is a long time. I now go to the gym three to four times a week and work out, so that one of those "hunks" there, who, by the way, is able to lift weights like I would never even dream, told me: "You girl work SOOO HARD!" I smiled and thanked him, thinking that before I discovered CUREZONE I was ready to kill myself because of the pain - no joke! After each workout, I do a dry sauna for 30 minutes to eliminate the toxins I've accumulated since the last workout. Saunas DO NOT eliminate cholesterol - only toxins, but that's not a fact that should be underestimated at all. Liver/gallbladder flushing does eliminate cholesterol. Keep that in mind.
My doctor did send me for blood work. Three years ago, when the bad results came from the lab, she called me in right away. I have not heard from her yet, so I presume my cholesterol levels are fine now.
After my 28-29th flush, I thought I was VERY close to the end of cholesterol "stones" - it turned out I was not. I was disappointed, of course. But I will not give up until that happens. Last week I did my 33rd flush, which produced THOUSANDS of very, very small cholesterol blobs (the size of a dot mark left by a pencil on a clean paper) - no larger ones. So, who knows???? Maybe I am close, after all. I will let you guys know, for sure. This is a lifestyle I have adopted, and I will continue with it as long as it takes. I enjoy my newfound health, energy, and positive outlook on life (that is not to claim that I don't have the occasional "bad hair day" like most people).
Read, learn, be wise, make the best choices for yourself!
Wishing you an enlightning journey,
