I love that "sees you". It's so nice to be seen.

I've been thinkin about the people on this forum with adrenal fatigue that talk about death a lot. Ya know, our thoughts are one of the few things in our bodies that we can control for the betterment of our health. You and I have spoken about this before but I want to mention it again. Continuing to focus on some story about how you think this will kill you is detrimental to the health that you are seeking.

On the other hand, being unwilling to allow fearful thoughts like that into your brain is free, we know it works to aid in healing- no question, and you don't need a practitioner to do it. You just do it. As soon as you notice yourself thinking about a fearful future for your body replace it with a mantra of healing. The body follows the mind. I know that you know this and I know that you can do it. I would like to see that thought pattern healed in you, so that your body can follow your mind towards what you actually desire.
