Congratulations. It is good to know that you are feeling younger and great. I feel the same way too. I am not planning a long fast. Mine is 7 Day affair.

My gums stops bleeding when I start eating so who knows why it happens all the time when I fast. I cleaned my teeth today thoroughly and even flossed, but it is not stopping.
