On the bleeding gums well think thats vitamin defficency. Forget what vitamin maybe read on net. Unless you have gingivitis?? Should be from fast.Mine seem fine and on day 19...tongue well..its white and fugly still.

Best of luck and keep on going .The first hard days are behind you and should be pretty easy sailing from here on out.I can't believe I have nearly 3 weeks in the bank already ! And I can't believe how good I feel.Feel seriously 10 years younger already. And am 30 pounds lighter!
