DAY 5 - Back better

I am on my day 5 and feeling much better with my back healing nicely. I used heat pad all night.

Issues I have are bleeding gums, today a lot more than usual. I had a small BM. In the evening I get slight heart burn, but goes away after drinking warm water.

Everything else seems to be fine. Focus is good and spirits are high.
