gina i dont know, cause i have an oxygen tank , but i wonder why the synergy unit doesnt have a manual about the different applications.

mr.cleanse: i have a german medical ozonator and the lpm is measured in bar. the manual tells me to set the "oxygen pressure" at the pediatric flow meter to 2 bars which equals 6 lpm if google is right. then i can change the ozone concentration by regulating the lpm at the unit from 0,5 lpm to 4 lpm. but maybe the synergy manufacturer can help you solve it.

i always ozonate one glass at 1 lpm and only for 2 minutes and thats already enough for me, but everyone is different. if i do more than i usually get stomach cramps. i really wonder how you can take so much ozone without feeling something.

oh and lying down after ozone water has made me very sick before, i always try to help my body with the detox , like drinking water afterwards and doing a hot bath to sweat. but who knows if i am doing it right...
