You see that's the thing....My head is so clouded up that I don't think I would recognize a detox reaction if I had one. At least you can discern between normal and detox. Keep drinking the water it sounds like you are on your way.

I am waiting for my Tyvek Suit but still want to buy a sauna if and when I can afford one. I would wait to buy a tent of higher quality though. I believe the steamer is the component that is the most important and needs to be of high quality if it's going to last.

CFS could very well be Lyme. Not saying that to alarm you but in my experience CFS, Fibro, Epstein Barr, Reynaud's, could all very well be Lyme related. Even MS, Parkinson's, ALS and others may have their roots in Lyme. It's a nasty disease.
