I am just about one year in to full time Iodine journey. 2 1/2 years since my first iodoral, with my year exploring CS in the middle.

so you have been on thyroid supplementation....armour?
I take 60mg or nature's thyroid and 15mg or hydrocortisone (Cortef). On Sunday I reduced my cortef to 12.5mg . I am going to try to reduce 2.5mg/week and see if I can get off of it. My ND thinks I am ready. Let's see what happens.....

did you have any sign to get off the thyroid meds? heart palpitation?.......
