How do I know what is 10% citric acid , etc?

I have no tools like you do.
I bought those crystals of citric acid .

My ear infection keeps returning due to the fact I keep using ear plugs!
But I am also starting to think maybe it is because of an actual infection in my gums.

I do not know how to know what is 10 % citric acid or not..
can you simplify in any way knowing I have these crystals to make it with?
