Ear drop solution

Ok I just got this from the Rico drop solution..

Is this still right for humans?
A level teaspoon holds about 5 ml. If you place 1 teaspoon of the 22.4% sodium chlorite solution in a glass and add 3.5 teaspoons of water, you would come close. You would end up with 4.5 teaspoons of a 4.98% sodium chlorite solution.

So I take a TEASPOON of straight Miracle-Mineral-Supplement OUT OF THE BOTTLE...and put in 3.5 teaspoons of water??

When does it get activated for the ear?

Please indicated the numbers, if I really need to make a fresh batch.
