This "ring" looks like a radar glitch to me, one I've seen several times.

The supposed remnants of the "ring" are very normal weather patterns for this time of year in the area I live in, and not the least bit suspicious.

The floods, and other strange weather patterns, are caused by the pollution of our planet, causing the normal cyclical weather patterns to be more intense than they otherwise would be. I small change in the temperature of the ocean, as has been seen in the last few years, causes a lot more intense La Nina weather event. This is what has happened in Queensland. This is also what is continuing to happen now in NSW and Victoria, as this is the way the river systems flow in that part of the country.

It amazes me the lengths people will go to, to try and avoid responsibility for what human beings are doing to this planet.
