I would think that if choroid was primary that pain would be in the middle of the head, or throughout the entire saggital sinus that your picture so clearly shows running from forehead to top of head to back of head right down the midline

not trying to being argumentative, just pondering out loud

and I will say, I have had some frontal headaches and some all over headaches.......
