Re: Why The Frontal Lobe/Head Pain with Iodine!
this is a great question.
I would wonder if the pituitary has something to do with it, since there is talk about how the glands can be loaded with the other halides and heavy metals and taking
Iodine can start detoxing the pituitary.
anatomically i could make links to forehead and the pituitary perhaps.....
if a tissue or gland or organ gets irritated for good reasons or bad it will effect the neighborhood, you can count on that.
there is a membrane called the Falx Cerebrum that separates the right and left hemispheres and attaches to the frontal bone, it appears to have fibers that come pretty close to the pituitary according to my Netter Anatomy text.
The pituitary sits right in a little notch or "throne" if you will on the top side of the sphenoid bone of the cranium. The sphenoid articulates with the ethmoid bone which articulates with the frontal bone.
there is also a sinus which runs on the superior aspect of the falx cerebrum that could get aggravated by the waste leaving the pituitary...
speculation at best but none the less interesting to ponder
I do cranial work in my practice so this is especially interesting to a geek like me.....
