I see about the oxygenating the body. Also I never meant to suggest that I would do this forever, I'm just trying to regain my health back so I'm thinking of juicing for 3-4 months. With my current regimen I'm going to be fully healthy within 6 months anyway, but after I do regain my health, I'm obviously going to recommend it to everyone I know so I would like to figure out exactly what is the best method.
Once I'm healthy I imagine drinking vegetable juices during the day while eating mostly fruits and vegetables is probably the best. I am curious about raw dairy and yolks and possibly even meat though. I have a feeling they are suboptimal though.
