Re: Gerson for a not-so-sick,Norman walker, budwig and gerson?

hey guys, I'm in a similar situation. While I wouldn't consider myself "not so sick", I don't have cancer. I have CFS, reactive hypoglycemia, ezcema, psoriasis, moderate candida, and a host of other issues.

I've been trying to find the truth about health for a while and I've done all the Elimination Diets and about 100 days ago I went raw vegan. And then 50 days ago I began juice fasting drinking 2-4 quarts of green juice a day and 2-4 of fruit juice a day as well. I broke the fast yesterday even though I intended to go 100+ days because Norman Walker said not o fast for more than 7 days at a time and recently I've been thinking eh's been the most accurate.

Anyway, I'm on my way back to health but I'm really trying to optimize it and find the exact truth. It seems on here you guys like the combo of gerson and budwig, but has anyone read norman walkers books? I just ordered the whole lot so I'll get around to it but his wiki page says he basically thinks all raw live foods is correct, with juice fasting in 7 day intervals, but then he also recommends raw egg yolks, raw goat milk, cottage cheese, and raw cream in certain recipes. This sounds to me like a combo of gerson and budwig and I was wondering your thoughts? Specifically Mr Cuddly since you seem to be quite knowledgable in this area.
