For me the 2 huge things when towing the line and eating well are drinking 12 to 16 oz of fresh made veggie juice daily and a power drink I make using a "food based" supplement called Vega which I make with apple juice, Kefir and at least two tblsp of hemp oil. I have also been known to add Maca and Spirulina and even hemp protein.This combo pretty much covers the base essential nutrients including live enzymes. The Kefir adds probiotics and the oil giving me the essential fatty acids. Czech out the Vega stuff. It was designed by a world class veg head triathelete. Everyone I've turned on to the stuff loves it. Maybe sparklyglamgirl (Barbara) will chime in and tell you how much she likes it.
