Re: Nausea

Blood Sugar probably was the biggest issue due - I was dizzy a lot yesterday. On the fasting forum, the idea of some bile being dumped has to do with the liver trying to cleanse. I dunno, I'm just hoping my digestive system in general improves! :)

I steep the tea for the full 15 minutes, then I'll get cramps in the morning but I take the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) early which helps the cramps since it flushes... but taking it only some days helps me want to stay on since I don't feel ill so much. But this morning for some reason the tea didn't bother me and I steeped it 12 minutes last night. That was very nice. *crossing fingers* hope this means things are getting better.

On a long, rambly note, before the holidsy from late August through October, I got "mad" at dessert and only had it 3 times the whole stretch. I was eating so well and not missing it and eating very little bad foods (a calorie craving binge might be some potato chips and dried fruit instead of ice cream, and they came far less often). I am hoping with crossed fingers and toes that I will be able to get back into that mode because I felt so good, my skin was better, my shoulder didn't ache, I loved not craving, then eating and getting bloated. When I was really into it, I didn't miss bad food at all... it's just if I slip enough the cravings return and it gets hard.

So wish me luck post fast!!!

Also another (bad?) thing: I was so motivated to do this after feeling junky after the holidays, but after I lose weight and get down to where all my clothes fit really nicely, my vanity takes over. I really really hope I can stay on a great diet so I feel good but also so I can look good like I do now! :-)

Wish me LUCK and also GREAT SKILL and Consistency!
