Very good advice and I agree completely. I sure do love Zumba but afterwards I realized I pushed it further than I should have. I drank plenty of water and had most of my lemonade. I did feel better.
Also, I searched the fasting forum and found nausea to be fairly common although this time it was triggered by what I did. I am heartened by the prospect that my liver might be working something out b/c my digestion isn't as good as I want. (ie bile released on an empty stomach assisting with nausea) I was glad this morning when the lax tea didn't tear me up and I feel okay even after a swf.
So yes, for anyone watching, be careful and at least go full ration with 12 cups lemonade if you're going to work out... that said, I'm feeling quite good again. :)
