Re: scared - looking for advice
If there is a pattern, like getting panic attacks at the same time every day or night (like 7 pm) then i would get a 24 hr saliva test done. Also, begin to destress your life immediately as best you can. If you don't have to work, don't, because it only get worse, TRUST ME. i was told i had panic disorder, a mental condition, wrong diagnosis, i kept on with my stressful life. Working, and then coming home to work out hard core cause i wanted to look good - boo hoo, WHO CARES HOW I LOOK NOW. Looking good is not all there is to optimal health. I would also recommend getting a total GI tract profile sample from a Metametrix physician to rule out any bacterial or fungi infections. If there's a pattern though on a daily basis like getting panic at 7 pm , then i would suspect hormonal issues. Therefore, looking into adrenal fatigue would not hurt.
May the Lord bless you and understand that you still have a good chance at turning things around. Weigh your decisions carefully right now, believe me, they could dictate your future.
