Hello Maggie,

Drops are imprecise, but I usually get about 17 per ml with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . If you are shooting for 0.625 ml, I would use 10 drops. You will have to measure your drops to be sure, but this should be close enough.

I haven't had any reports of diarrhea, but there were a few comments about stomach growling at the highest dose on an empty stomach.

In the case of bladder issues, it works better than activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
