I'm doing a parasite cleanse at the moment, very tough the Ayurvedic way, caster oil, enemas etc. I'm itching like mad at the moment, especially when I eat.

I have been tested for mercury years ago. Hair test came back very low mercury but very high tin, my doc at the time said that was just tin from my hair dye, contaminated the sample, I had let it grow out for 2 months. I did have 8 Amalgam fillings though, got two left now. Tinny taste in mouth while pregnant too (was told that was just part of pregnancy?), tinny taste especially with my second baby, poor thing she has problems too. I think I passed something on to her when I was breast feeding (have a lot of guilt about that).

I've got a lot to learn, I don't even know what borax is!

I'm going to go slow and steady, so scared of making myself worse.
