Are you saying you only did the herbs for a few days or just for a few days at a higher dosage? You want to do them for a least a month. I always find it is best to mix in other herbs or spices than increase current herbs. I think it hits a point where they just grow resistant. Try adding canyenne pepper or I found a good mix which was call canjun spices. Added to your food. You will feel worse that night but will purge the next day or keep at it for a while.
I'm on the fence about purging right now because I have had good and negative effects. I have had nice releases but the purge might have done more harm than good. The strongest herbs I know is garlic from experience.
