raw... and fermented anything like this is FAR and away a better buy and product for health.

In terms of quantity needed per dose, the price is about the same as the crapola out there.

*Quantum High Vitamin Cod Liver Oil* is not fermented, but looks like very good product to me if money is an issue.

The vitamin A *scare* is a bunch of crap too... when eating whole foods and supplementing with whole raw products and ferments like this.
