My son and his wife live in Ca. so I can get the raw fermented butter from organic pastures too, which, according to all the data, synergistically enhances the affect of the two, greater than either one alone.

Pacific peoples used coconut oil with their fish... and this can work too.

Has to do with the *healthy* saturated fat.
